Monthly Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy
REFUNDS
If you cancel your enrollment more than 30 days before the start of the program, $50 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you request a refund less than 30 days before the start of the program but before the program begins, Scribble Art Workshop will charge the first monthly payment.
All cancellation requests after the start of the program must be submitted in writing before the 15th of the month for the following month. For example, if you would like to end your participation in December, we must be notified in writing before November 15th. Enrollment in classes will end the last day of November and your monthly payments will cease starting in December.
Late notification (after the 15th of the month) will result in us retaining the tuition for the following month. For example, if you would like to end your participation in December and you notify us on or after November 15th, we will grant a refund from January onwards. In that case your child is welcome to continue participating until the last day of December. Whether or not they participate, you will be charged accordingly based on the policy above.
SWITCHING CLASSES / DAYS
If you would like to switch classes or days throughout the session, requests must be submitted in writing. We will honor these requests based on space availability in the desired classes/days. If space is not available, the cancellation notification policy above stands.
